Order Cancellations

1. With in 24 Hours of Purchase:

Contact us within 24 hours if you wish to cancel your order. Since most orders ship the same day, please email service@natureflow.io or call (888-650-3797).

  • If your order hasn’t shipped, there will be no cancellation fees.
  • If it has shipped, we will provide a prepaid return label. Upon receiving the package, we will issue a refund within 7-10 business days.

2. After 24 Hours of Purchase:

If the package has already shipped, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The product must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging unopened, with the original receipt of purchase. We will process the refund within 7-10 business days after receiving the product.

30-Day Risk-Free Return Policy

You may return products within 30 days of receipt.

  • All items must be returned as originally receivedwith original packaging.
  • Product should be new and unused.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a quality issue, in which case we will cover the return shippingaccording to our warranty policy.
  • No administration fees will be charged for returns within 30 days

Note: This policy is only applicable to orders within the continental United States.

Returns After 30 Days

You may return products after 30 days under the following conditions:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • Product should be new and unused in its original packaging.
  • 10% administrationfeewill apply unless the product is defective or damaged, in which case no fee will be charged.

For returns related to product quality issues after 30 days, we will cover the shipping costs and waive the administration fee.

1-Year Warranty

We offer a 1-year warranty on all NatureFlow products, along with lifetime technical support.

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at service@natureflow.io with order details and photos of the product. We will respond promptly.
  • For products that become defective due to quality issues during the warranty period, we offer free returns, repair services, or replacements.

Exchange Policy

1. Defective Products:

If the product is defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days of receipt, and we will offer a free exchange. Please provide order details and photos for better assistance.

2. Non-Quality-Related Exchanges:

For non-quality-related exchanges, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase with the receipt. You will be responsible for return and re-shipping costs.

How to Return a Product

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any product, please contact service@natureflow.io or call (888-650-3797). We will provide return instructions within 48hours.
  2. Prepare the Package: Include your order number and original receipt in the package. Return the product in the original packaging, damage-free (this does not apply to defective items).
  3. Provide Tracking: After shipping, provide us with the return tracking number. We will process your refund within 7-10 business daysupon receiving and inspecting the package.

General Information for All Returns

  • Defective Products: We cover return shipping for defective items and offer free replacements or repairs.
  • Non-Quality Issues: Customers are responsible for return shipping on non-defective items. Returned items will undergo inspection before issuing a refund. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business daysafter the product is received and inspected.
  • We highly recommend using a traceable and insurable shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • All returned items must be disassembled and repackaged as originally received. Items not returned in newand unusedcondition may not be accepted and refunded.
