• The default shipping method is economic shipping that takes 4-10 days approximately.
• If you require expedite shipment for faster delivery time, please email us at service@natureflow.io to enquire about the extra cost needed.
• Please note that delivery time is based on the shipping date and not the order date. Delays may occur due to invalid shipping addresses, weekends, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Handling Time

We typically need 24 to 48 hours to prepare your order. Most orders will be shipped out within 24 hours, except on weekends and holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.  You can also track your order shipment in the customer portal. 

Shipping Origin

Orders will be shipped from one of our U.S. warehouses based on your location to ensure the fastest delivery possible.

We currently ship to most states in the United States, excluding the following:

• Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. You may write to us at info@natureflow.io to enquire about international shipping. We may be able to find stock from our overseas warehouse.

We work with reliable shipping carriers to ensure timely deliveries, including:

• UPS, USPS, FedEx, and Amazon Logistics US.

Note: We do not accept requests to specify a particular carrier for your shipment.

Extended Delivery Times

Shipping may experience delays due to external factors, such as COVID-19. If your order is delayed, please contact us at support@natureflow.io with your order number, and we will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.

Sales Tax

We collect sales tax in accordance with U.S. laws. Customers shipping to the following states will be charged the appropriate tax during checkout:

• AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, PA, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.

All collected taxes will be reported and remitted in compliance with federal and state tax regulations.
