NatureFlow Return and Warranty Policy

At NatureFlow, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and warranty policy below.

1. 30-Day Risk-Free Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your product under the following conditions:

Return Requirements

  • All items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a product defect or malfunction.
  • If the product has been used but is not defective, an administrative fee will apply:
      - F4 product: $69.9 per unit
      - Y6 product: $99.9 per unit
      - Note: This fee is in addition to return shipping costs.
  • This return policy applies only to orders within the continental United States.

2. Returns After 30 Days

  • Returns are not accepted after 30 days, except in cases of product malfunction covered under warranty.
  • If a defective product is returned after 30 days, it will be handled under the warranty terms.

3. How to Return a Product

Step 1: Contact Us First
 Before returning a product, please contact our support team to initiate the return process:

  • Provide the following information for a smooth return process:
      - Order Number
      - Full Name
      - Purchase Date
      - Reason for Return
      - Machine Status (e.g., working condition, defects, or issues experienced)
      - Photos of the Product (Required for defective returns)
  • For Defective Items:
      - To qualify for free return shipping or a replacement, please provide clear photos or descriptions showing the defect before the return is approved.

Step 2: Prepare the Return Package

  • Products must be returned in the original packaging, free from external damage.
  • For defective products, packaging condition will not affect return eligibility.

Step 3: Provide Tracking Information

  • Once your return has been shipped, email us the tracking number for verification.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product

Defective Products (Quality Issues)

  • NatureFlow covers return shipping for defective products.
  • Customers are eligible for free replacements or repairs.

Non-Quality Related Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be issued after inspection to ensure the product is in an acceptable condition.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product.

Shipping Recommendations

  • We strongly recommend using a traceable and insurable shipping method, as NatureFlow is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
  • If a return package is lost in transit, customers must file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Product Condition for Returns

  • All returned items must be disassembled and repackaged as originally received.
  • Items not returned in new and unused condition may be denied a refund.

5. Warranty & Repair Services

Within 1 Year (Free Replacement & Repair)

  • If a product is found to be defective within 1 year of purchase, we will provide a free replacement or repair.
    - NatureFlow covers return shipping for defective products under warranty.

After 1 Year (Paid Repair Service)

  • If a product malfunctions after 1 year, customers may request a paid repair service.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for out-of-warranty repairs.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and bank policies.
